Her books Time for Mom-Me: 5 Essential Strategies for A Mother’s Self-Care and Time for Mom-Me: 365 Daily Strategies for a Mother’s Self-Care have earned her the Affectionate title of The Mom Strategist™. Mia has reached thousands with her empowering message for moms that “self-care is non-negotiable but necessary to be the best parent possible.”

Mia is the CEO of Finding Definitions, a company that provides coaching and consulting on life systems that empower mothers to design the lives that they want, and create the support that they need to live and love fully. Redrick’s goal is to empower one million moms to practice better self-care.

Mia has been seen on The Ricki Lake Show, Huffington Post Live, and ABC News 2 in Baltimore. Mia is the MOM EXPERT on the nationally syndicated show AMERICA NOW hosted by Leeza Gibbons and Bill Ransic. Redrick is a triathlete and the founder of the Iron Moms Triathlon Team.
