1. GREATful Woman Talks!™ “Access My Bonus” Policy

Please note that at the time that the talk was recoded (and when it was originally available), the URL and the exact product/description of the bonus were accurate. As time passes, the bonuses may change (sometimes to something even cooler) from what is stated in the Talk and/or what is written in the transcript.

We have tried to keep the URLs the same, but please know that the bonus may have expired, changed and/0r been deleted… even the speaker may not have an on-line presence anymore. GREATful Woman® and GREATful Woman Talks! are not responsible for any Access My Bonus links, content or accuracy. However, the best thing is to go back to the Speaker Page and check the Bonus Description and “Access My Bonus” button on the Speaker page. What is offered from there is what is currently available. We will do our best to ensure that SOMETHING there for you to connect with the speakers with whom you resonate the most! 🙂

2. GREATful Woman Talks!™ Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. We are committed to providing the highest satisfaction on all of our programs and products, and fully stand behind what we produce.

Once you have registered with a payment schedule, you are only committed for the duration of that agreement. Again, please CONTACT US if you are not happy with your investment within the first week (i.e. seven [7] calendar days) of the purchase. Please clarify the details of your issue. We will do our best to correct any issues, providing a refund as appropriate.

Refund requests must be made in writing to talks@greatfulwoman.com.

3. Physical Product Policies

With physical products (such as CDs), shipping & handling charges and applicable sales tax will be applied (6% tax is applicable to Virginia customers) at checkout. Delivery dates will vary based on delivery address.

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase within seven (7) of the date of delivery on a PHYSICAL PRODUCT,  you may request a refund of your payment, less shipping and handling fees. Refund requests must be made in writing to talks@greatfulwoman.com.  Instructions on how to return your package will be provided in response to your refund request.The return of your complete package along with the receipt must be postmarked no later than the seventh day after the date the package was received, as documented by U.S.P.S. / UPS tracking.  After your complete package and receipt are received by us,  your replacement/refund will be issued in the same form  payment was originally made and may take up to three weeks to process.
  • If there is a manufacturer’s issue with your physical product (e.g. a CD is damaged), please email is at talks@greatfulwoman.com and we will replace the faulty product component. Please note that the turn-around time is dependent on the original manufacturer.
